Oh my gosh, it feels so good to get back to blogging. I REALLY hated being off. I just felt like it wasn't something I wanted to do. But, now that I'm back in the post editor, it feels right again. :)


So, let's ketchup err catch up. ;D


New Celestia Reveal. (13)

You'll have to click on it to see it, but there is a little turtle next to our little Angler Fish Prince. So now it looks like there will be 5 more reveals left (provided that no more shadows are added. [which there probably will be because Morganthe hasn't been spotted here yet.]) I predict that next to the Prince there will be a young seahorse, next to Barnacle Bill there will be another Crab similar to the one next to our Marleybone Mechanics. In the center will 99.99% be Thurston Plunkett as he was mentioned in our pre-quest. Next to our robot, will most likely be another (maybe female) (It's not a bucket-head type thing. Zoom in and you can see that's just a cylindrical object in the background. The head shape is nearly the same as the first robot.)
And on the far left? Probably another Sea Pirate type NPC.


Alright, next piece of business. I was in yet another car crash. Before you get all crazy, it was just a small one. My mom had just picked me up from school and we were about to take a left onto our street, when another car was about to drive past from the other lane, so we had to stop and wait a second for it to pass. During this time, the car behind us slams into the back of our car. Guess who? Two seniors from the high school (we live very close to the high school.) Turns out the kid hadn't had his license long enough to have a passenger in the car with him, so he got a ticket for that, and another ticket for following us too closely. (You have to have your license for a certain amount of time before you're allowed to have passengers in your car.) The front of his car was smashed in a bit on one corner and a large plastic piece that went over the bumper came off. The back of our car's bumper was chipped pretty badly and the paint was scratched on both cars. The bumper of our car goes around from the back of both tires so it's going to cost at least $2500 my mom guesses. (She's actually going tonight to get an estimate from the car dealer.) We were both fine, it was just frightening to hear the big THUD noise again.

Yeah, that's right. As some of you know, I got a hypercam. This means that I can film whatever is on my computer screen. Which brings me to my next topic. My walkthrough of the Selena Gomez Questline.

I don't have video of me doing the entire quest due to technical issues (my computer froze and had to be shut off, and I lost the video in progress. So here is where I started when my computer came back on.)


(Sorry about the title, idk why "To Be Continued" is on top of it.) I apologize for the lag, my computer isn't used to having a camera and W101 running yet. ;D

And here is the second part of my quest.

So, I plan on making a Wizard101 music video. It'd be quite a large project like the Photoshoots that the community has had in the past (Petnome etc.) I would love to have a ton of my viewers in it so maybe we can have a contest. (After the poll of course.)

Again, next topic.

Monthly Housing Items. Instead of having a picture every month, I figured, why not show you all in a video. So, along with my dad's monthly posts (that he will re-start on Saturday) I will post a video of the item in my house. I hope that helps you out and you will enjoy it.

Next! I have a picture sitting in my folders from a while ago (June 6th to be exact) if any of you recall, that was one of the hottest days of the Summer. On that day, KingsIsle released this picture on it's Twitter page. I was meaning to show it to you, but somehow it slipped my mind. Here it is.

The KingsIsle staff decided instead of staying inside, to go tubing along with their friends from the Spiral. YOu can see a Mander, a Gobbler, and even a Skeletal Pirate! (Arhhar-shabawa!)

Last, but certainly not least. We now have our good friend, Bruce

err, Mr. Shark Mount, available in the game. Just like every other mount, he's available for sale in the Crowns Shop. I'm not sure if you can rent him from Zeke or if you can only use him in water. I don't have one, and haven't really researched it much, yet. Just thought I'd let you all know about this, (I know many of you were very excited about this one ;D)

The Celestia Reveal. (I know I'm leaving out one, but this is the latest one.)

Wow, so much to talk about. Two new little guys. The Angler Baby, and Cute Little Starfish Boy. KingsIsle said that one is an enemy and one is a pet. I do believe that according to my previous theorycrafting, that would mean that Angler Baby is the enemy and Cute Little Starfish Boy is our new Celestian pet. Sounds awesomesauce!

Also added to the picture is the helm of a sunken ship. On the front is an eerie looking mermaid. x shudder x Celestia will most definitely be awesome.

Last but CERTAINLY not least is my favorite thing EVAR! A very special someone has come to the Spiral. That's right! Selena Gomez!

Check out this video. It even shows two of the new spells. (One that's either Balance or Sun [That bird guy is Horus the Egyptian God of the Sun] and one that is Fire or Myth. Not sure) Enjoy:

I know! It's so exciting! We get to help her on a quest. (Must be at least Lvl 6. No membership / crowns required!) We get to go to a cool new area called Crab Alley by jumping into the water on Triton Avenue. We get to sing with Selena and help her out with her new CD. By completing the quest line, we get two super cool item rewards!

A framed picture of Selena and a statue of Selena. And everyone who completes the quest will be entered in a contest to win a signed poster of Selena! This is going to be FANTASTIC! (I hope I win!) But, there's one catch! Selena won't be staying in the Spiral forever. She is busy and needs to work on her music and Wizards of Waverly Place. So, this will be a limited time only quest. So, here's some pictures from Bailey Skystaff (Mrs. Friendly) of the quest on the Test Realm.

Celestia Reveal *Spoiler Alert*

I apologize for the long wait for me to get this post out. But I think the images you're about to see will make up for it like a Power Pip or two. Let's begin.

Recently Leesha Darkheart (over at Ravenwood Radio) went on a trip to Austin, Texas.

"Hey, Blaze, isn't that where KingsIsle studios is located."

Yes, inquiring reader, it IS.

Leesha made a stop over there and was able to get some information on Celestia, and of course, some concept art for all of us back home.

Let me start off with a brief synopsis of the history of Celestia.

Long ago, the Astral Wizards of Celestia created powerful magic using the energy of the Stars, the Moon, and the Sun. The sorceress, Morganthe, the Queen of the Shadow Web, wanted the secrets of the Celestian magic at... all costs. The Celestians refused her, so she raised a dark army and sent it against Celestia. After decades of battle, the Astral Wizards realized their world would fall. They summoned the Storm Titan to defeat Morganthe’s legions and to take their world to a place of safety.



The Storm Titan betrayed the Celestians by sinking their world beneath the waves along with Morganthe’s invading forces. Realizing they were doomed, the Celestians raised mighty domes to protect some of their treasured city from the waves, though it was too late! They perished along with Morganthe's invading army. Celestia was lost to the Spiral, its Spiral Door closed forever.


Centuries later, a team of brave explorers from the Spiral Geographic Society, led by Sir Thurston Plunkett, re-discovered Celestia. They landed with an air-ship, and built exploratory undersea domes to explore Celestia’s ruins. Plunkett and his fellow explorers soon realized that Celestia was now inhabited by a strange new culture... the Crustacean Empire. Unfortunately, the explorers did not come alone to Celestia. Morganthe’s followers, the Shadow Weavers, stand ready to take Celestia’s magic for their Queen.


After receiving the Spiral Geographic Society’s distress call, Headmaster Merle Ambrose, of the Ravenwood School for Magic, seeks any young Wizards brave enough to journey to the undersea world of Celestia, and discover the secrets of it's lost magic.


What will they find there?

Cool huh? Well, let's take a look at what the teachers of the Astral schools might look like.

Now, I'm not sure if these are going to be the teachers, but they look pretty wise. (Although not smarter than Alhazred, right sorcerers?) I was curious why there didn't seem to be a picture of a Star school teacher. Which also makes me think that these might not be teachers. When I got these pictures from Leesha, they were saved as Sun Boss and Moon Boss. So I'm not sure. You can theorycraft on your own time. Let's get back to the spoilers.

I also got a picture of what the Crustaceans will look like. (Granted we knew from the wallpaper reveals.)

Pretty cool! You can definitely see the Roman-esque look to him. I also got a picture of one of the bosses. I don't know the name, but he is an Angler Fish. (I'm sure once these pictures get around to Autumn, she'll give you some cool info on those.)

He has symbols of all three astral schools, which brings me to a good point. What schools will the bosses / enemies be?  I mean, we can't be getting attacks from the astral schools. Like Friendly, I think it will be a new type of spell if not some type of charm kind of thing. Hmm. Well, that's theory crafting for another day / post. Next picture.

I know, you're all asking yourselves, what the heckhound? Am I right? I'm right. The name of this picture was Platypus Leader. And he looks like a chief of some sort of tribe. That leads me to believe that there won't just be Crustaceans. He seems very friendly, so I'm assuming the platypuses, platypi, platypeople, will be allies of the Crustacean Empire. (Sort of like the goats and the cows in Mooshu.) Either way, he's a platypus, and that's cool enough for me. Moving on.

My second favorite picture from Leesha is this next one. Looks to me like the Unicorn isn't going to be our only new mount this summer.

Yeah, it'll kinda weird me out having squids running around Krokotopia too. Which is why I think this will be a Celestia Only mount. I don't know if that's possible, but it can't be good for squids to be out of water for long. Then again these are magical squids, so who knows.

The next two pictures are of Shadow Weavers. Yeah it's the full versions of the pictures from Becketts.

Of course, we can't forget about the all important architecture. ("Right, Blaze, definitely...") Here's one of the areas in Celestia.

Here it is.

Yup, that's our new villainess, Morganthe, Queen of the Shadow Web. You can see her creepy little Shadow Weaver babies behind her. She's got her big, bad, Staff of No Return. Loving it. I really like the purple magic power in her hand. That really adds to the spookiness of her. Same with the big web and spider legs on the back of her dress. Wait, maybe she's part spider. Even better! I can see it now, Morganthe BATTLE FORM! I'm liking it. She gets down on spider legs and x shudder x death everywhere. If you were wondering what to get Leesha for her birthday, it's definitely that dress. (It is Death Overlord-esque!) She just loves it. And frankly I think every little necromancess will too!

Loading Is Boring. Crowns Players Deserve Better Too

Hey eveyone, as you know, there have been some issues with loading the game because of the insane amount of players in Wizard101. (Are the realms all listed as full?) I just wanted to express my huge amount of frustration right now. I've been trying to log in for 5 hours NON-STOP. I even got into the game a few minutes ago. Here's what came up:

Then after the intro played about 7 more times, the text changed to this.

Seems even the game is being impatient, huh? Then after about 10 more intro-plays, I got this dandy little message.

I tried logging in again immediately after this. No luck.

As you can see in the comments in my previous post, something needs to be done about this. I've spent over $150 on this game and I can't even get in? Crowns players spend far more than subscribers and we don't even get the same benefits? We can't help out in the site forums and we can't use the Test Realm unless we've given you money in the past 30 days? What the heckhound is that? Everyone has something to contribute. Without Crowns players and free players, you wouldn't have 10 million players, KingsIsle. I think that after having played the game for a month, or whatever amount of time you think is resonable, you should be able to help out in the Test Realm. There are many frustrated wizards out in the Spiral, and we need that fixed.

Let me know what you guys think about this, and I might send it to KingsIsle.

Ok, so yesterday, I made a purchase in the Crown Shop. (Bad Blaze? No way!) I bought something that I wanted since it came out.

The Balance House. I'm not quite finished moving my stuff in yet. (I'm leaving the famous Stairs in the Villa, along with a few other sentimental items. I think I'm actually going to make a maze outside and inside also. That'd be pretty cool, huh? Let me know what you think in the comments. Yes, it would be sort of like Friendly's.)

Once I move all the items in, I'll find some way to make a video of The Grand Tour. (I wish I made one of the Villa before construction... :,( Oh well...) I'll upload it to YouTube (Yes I have a channel. I won't tell you the name of it because it's not W101-ified yet. But, if you're a Blaze-Maniac, then you'll be able to figure out my username.)

So, yesterday after I bought this great home, and I had Alyssa port in. (To have fun, and to help me port back and forth between the Villa and the ... the Balance House?) We had a great time getting all my items (Yeah, I've kept almost every item that I ever recieved from a boss/enemy drop [except for the few that I don't really care for.] Oh, Blaze, such a pack-rat-magician. Hehe)

Yes, I trapped Alyssa. (Originally I trapped her and Emily's little sister, Rebecca, but she wouldn't pose for the picture because we were being "mean." Oh little children. So Alyssa wanted to do it instead. [Not like that. Let's keep it G-Rated here. ;D ])

I then taught Alyssa all about "the lady in the ground."

"O: Not just any Lady, Alyssa."

"..?"

"That's Our Lady Judgement."

And the conversation went from there.

Alyssa now worships her, as I do.

So until I can give you a tour of the new house. I'll give you a parting awesomesauce screenshot.

Yes, I found a way to stand on the chair, without placing it over me. (Actually Alyssa did. I was putting items in my new room, and I looked over and she was on the chair, claiming to be the Queen of the Balance house. I then told her that she was mistaken. She is the Princess of the Balance House. Emily is the Queen. "But Blaze, Emily is storm." Well, Idc!)

New Crown Shop Items

Yeah, I went to the crowns store today and saw plenty of new pets. (And a few items.) I'm playing right now, so I can get some pics for you.

I got a new "shipment" of crowns late last night. (The sale ends tonight at midnight central time. So be sure to hurry. It's a great deal.) My Mommy is so nice :D (If you're reading this: I ♥ U Mommy!)

Ok, so I held myself back because I have no idea how many crowns Celestia will cost, and only bought one item: The coolest item, the newest item (Friendly hasn't even mentioned it yet.)

THE CELESTIAN TRIDENT!

It's so epic, huh, with it's zappy lightningy coolness. It gives one power pip, and 5 cards of Mega Nova which does 110 Ice damage. (Always good to have more elemental damage.) I love the look of it too!

There was also a new pair of wings, Swiftshadow Wings. They're basically black seraph wings. (Pretty much for all the guys that would rather Seraph Wings than Bat Wings, but didn't want to look too girly.
