Oh my gosh, it feels so good to get back to blogging. I REALLY hated being off. I just felt like it wasn't something I wanted to do. But, now that I'm back in the post editor, it feels right again. :)


So, let's ketchup err catch up. ;D


New Celestia Reveal. (13)

You'll have to click on it to see it, but there is a little turtle next to our little Angler Fish Prince. So now it looks like there will be 5 more reveals left (provided that no more shadows are added. [which there probably will be because Morganthe hasn't been spotted here yet.]) I predict that next to the Prince there will be a young seahorse, next to Barnacle Bill there will be another Crab similar to the one next to our Marleybone Mechanics. In the center will 99.99% be Thurston Plunkett as he was mentioned in our pre-quest. Next to our robot, will most likely be another (maybe female) (It's not a bucket-head type thing. Zoom in and you can see that's just a cylindrical object in the background. The head shape is nearly the same as the first robot.)
And on the far left? Probably another Sea Pirate type NPC.


Alright, next piece of business. I was in yet another car crash. Before you get all crazy, it was just a small one. My mom had just picked me up from school and we were about to take a left onto our street, when another car was about to drive past from the other lane, so we had to stop and wait a second for it to pass. During this time, the car behind us slams into the back of our car. Guess who? Two seniors from the high school (we live very close to the high school.) Turns out the kid hadn't had his license long enough to have a passenger in the car with him, so he got a ticket for that, and another ticket for following us too closely. (You have to have your license for a certain amount of time before you're allowed to have passengers in your car.) The front of his car was smashed in a bit on one corner and a large plastic piece that went over the bumper came off. The back of our car's bumper was chipped pretty badly and the paint was scratched on both cars. The bumper of our car goes around from the back of both tires so it's going to cost at least $2500 my mom guesses. (She's actually going tonight to get an estimate from the car dealer.) We were both fine, it was just frightening to hear the big THUD noise again.

Yeah, that's right. As some of you know, I got a hypercam. This means that I can film whatever is on my computer screen. Which brings me to my next topic. My walkthrough of the Selena Gomez Questline.

I don't have video of me doing the entire quest due to technical issues (my computer froze and had to be shut off, and I lost the video in progress. So here is where I started when my computer came back on.)


(Sorry about the title, idk why "To Be Continued" is on top of it.) I apologize for the lag, my computer isn't used to having a camera and W101 running yet. ;D

And here is the second part of my quest.

So, I plan on making a Wizard101 music video. It'd be quite a large project like the Photoshoots that the community has had in the past (Petnome etc.) I would love to have a ton of my viewers in it so maybe we can have a contest. (After the poll of course.)

Again, next topic.

Monthly Housing Items. Instead of having a picture every month, I figured, why not show you all in a video. So, along with my dad's monthly posts (that he will re-start on Saturday) I will post a video of the item in my house. I hope that helps you out and you will enjoy it.

Next! I have a picture sitting in my folders from a while ago (June 6th to be exact) if any of you recall, that was one of the hottest days of the Summer. On that day, KingsIsle released this picture on it's Twitter page. I was meaning to show it to you, but somehow it slipped my mind. Here it is.

The KingsIsle staff decided instead of staying inside, to go tubing along with their friends from the Spiral. YOu can see a Mander, a Gobbler, and even a Skeletal Pirate! (Arhhar-shabawa!)

Last, but certainly not least. We now have our good friend, Bruce

err, Mr. Shark Mount, available in the game. Just like every other mount, he's available for sale in the Crowns Shop. I'm not sure if you can rent him from Zeke or if you can only use him in water. I don't have one, and haven't really researched it much, yet. Just thought I'd let you all know about this, (I know many of you were very excited about this one ;D)

Petnome Project Photoshoot Pleases Press

Kevin was able to make a fantastic logo for the Petnome website. (A little better than I would've done. Hehe. [I'm better at editing suff that starting from scratch. Far better.]) There were a lot of great wizards in this picture (including me!)

Let's see, Ronan Dawn, Fallon Deathslinger, Cassandra Lifecaster, Wolf Bluestone, Malorn Willowsmith, Jenna (new friend!), Cassandra Hexthorn, Miguel Wildthorn, Blaze Mistshard, John Spiritshade, Blaze Silverfist, Amber Rosepetal, Kestrel Shadowthistle, Isaac Mistheart, Taryn Dawn, Luke Dragontamer, Kayla (Fallon DS's daughter) and Scarlet (Fallon DS's alt) and a few friends of friends were all there to help out, and were amazingly patient with me trying to get everyone together and organized. Two and a half hours...I didn't mind too much :) The point was finishing what we were aiming for, that's all I could ask for! Well, that and a nice Colossus to ride on as a mount. Then I'd be really, really happy. But I digress. And yes, the "Petnome Project" words are jigsaws!

Yeah, a lot of bloggers were there, along with quite a few fans of mine. (I thought that was pretty cool.) Kevin even took the time to make a little ad, which I will keep on the bottom of the page along with a link. Check it out.

I think that's pretty inspiring! Here's some of the pictures that I took.

You can see Kevin off in the distance, checking things out. (He was on his alt, Kevin Swiftrunner, so his main could be in the pictures too.)

Here's the two lines. (That was the easiest formation. [Kevin didn't even have to tell us exactly where each of us should stand ;D])

Kestrel had to turn into a Fire Elf, because by the time we got to the last, and most important, formation, we were one red short. Thank you Kestrel!

Here you can see a lot of us. This was when I first got there. We were doing just a group of people on the bridge. That's Miguel Wildthorn to my right. He's the wizard that came up with the idea for a petnome project. Respect. You can also see Victoria up in the top right corner. She had to leave early so she's not in the banner, but she's in the video, which is something to be very proud of. :D

And here's one of Kevin and I. His list was full, so I wasn't able to add him, but we're still good friends. (You can see Malorn in the background, looking at the formation. Malorn was a big help too. Thanks Malorn!)

I just want to give a big thank you to Kevin Battleblood and Miguel Wildthorn for helping out so much with this collosal project in Wizard history. Keep up the great work.

Petnome Photoshoot

Hey guys. Last night I was able to participate in a photoshoot by Kevin Battleblood for the Petnome Project website. He made a post on his blog yesterday telling everyone when the photoshoot would be. By the time I saw the post, it was half an hour after it was scheduled to be over. I sighed and went on Twitter. On Malorn Willowsmith's page, it said the photoshoot was still going on, but in a different location than listed on Kevin's blog. So, I loaded up W101 and ported over to Malorn and joined in the photoshoot.

It lasted for two and a half hours on the big bridge in Triton Avenue. We were able to do 4 different formations of wizards. Just a group, two lines (one of wizards in red, one of wizards in blue,) an X, and the Pedigree DNA-ish symbol. I think Kevin did a fantastic job organizing all of it, and instructing where everyone should stand. I know from experience how hard it is to control a crowd. Especially in a game like Wizard101. Respect, Kevin. Respect.

As soon as Kevin get the pictures up and whatnot. I'll post them here along with the ones I took.

51st Post (With a Little Contest)

Hey everyone! Sorry this is such a late post. We've had finals all week and I've just been super busy studying. (I found out today that I aced the History one from yesterday! ;D)

But even better news is that I e-mail KI (Thank you Friendly) about how I still hadn't got my pets back. About 3 minutes after, when I was on W101, a message popped up and said "You have been disconnected due to matinence on your server." Yeah, an admin had read my e-mail and was fixing the issue THAT quickly! I went on about an hour and a half later and found a nice surprise in my shared bank.


Yeah, they were all set back to babies and they don't have the right collars on, but I noticed that all their talent and derby slots were "Ultra Rare" and "Epic," which I'm sure KI had something to do with. (which means higher pedigree, which means Hatchery requests up the rivers in Mooshu!) THANK YOU KINGSISLE! ;D

I have to keep telling myself that they are my real pets, they just went to the gym and improved for the cost of going back to baby, and Dr. Purreau gave them new shiny collars. I: Meh, they're back from vacation and safe in my backpack. That's all that really matters. Right? Right.

In other news, (I say that a lot, huh?) one of my most important GSF's (Gold-Star Friends) was on the other day. Her name is Elizabeth, and she has been such a great friend to me. She deserves at least 50% of the fan-nage for The Stairs. She was my inspiration and my teacher on the entire Glitch Rug subject. She reminded me to never give up no matter how tricky it gets, which is great advice for irl lives too. Thank you so much Elizabeth!

So, Alyssa and Kyle (Alex Legendflame's [ Another of my BFF's on W101] younger brother.) were both also on, so I brought them over to Elizabeth's Myth House. We went swimming in her pool (A fine example of her rug skills.)


Alyssa was a little scared to get in the water at first, but I was able to reassure her that Elizabeth's rugs would hold up in the water just fine.

I also got a ton of great pictures for my entry in Ambrose 2 Zeke's 500 hit celebration Pet Wallpaper Contest. (<-- Reluctantly Place Link x grumble grumble x Less chance for me to win I:) Elizabeth has a huge pet collection. (Kyle calls it Pet World. XD)

I decided that I would hold a little contest myself. (Also partially because no one entered in the 49th post contest I:) All you guys have to do is comment on this post. But of course, there's a catch. You have to correctly guess where I am in this picture:

Am I in Celestia? Did KingsIsle open the Test Realm gates just for me? Could I have made this any harder? Why am I asking you all these questions?

New Crown Shop Items

Yeah, I went to the crowns store today and saw plenty of new pets. (And a few items.) I'm playing right now, so I can get some pics for you.

I got a new "shipment" of crowns late last night. (The sale ends tonight at midnight central time. So be sure to hurry. It's a great deal.) My Mommy is so nice :D (If you're reading this: I ♥ U Mommy!)

Ok, so I held myself back because I have no idea how many crowns Celestia will cost, and only bought one item: The coolest item, the newest item (Friendly hasn't even mentioned it yet.)

THE CELESTIAN TRIDENT!

It's so epic, huh, with it's zappy lightningy coolness. It gives one power pip, and 5 cards of Mega Nova which does 110 Ice damage. (Always good to have more elemental damage.) I love the look of it too!

There was also a new pair of wings, Swiftshadow Wings. They're basically black seraph wings. (Pretty much for all the guys that would rather Seraph Wings than Bat Wings, but didn't want to look too girly.

Pool Party

Hey everyone, the month is almost over so make sure you've voted on the poll! I'm heading over to Emily, Erica, Aunt Debbie, and Uncle Mike's house with David and Philly. We're having a BBQ and pool party. Most likely James and Jillian will be there too, so the whole crew will be there. ;D

No, I haven't set up an e-mail for TAS (The Awesome Sauce-erer) yet. But, I promise the next time that I post, I will tell you about the gift that I gave Emily, before the trading ability left (well enchanted cards anyway.)

In other news, Friendly made a list of all his pets and their talents today. So I'll be posting that link in the post where I talked about all his pets (as soon as I find it.) Kevin Battleblood (The Chillanthropologist) has set up a wonderful website where we can enter our pets talents. This will eventually be turned into a guide (like Ironhawk's guides over at the central) So, his blog is in my blogroll, be sure to check out the site and please enter the talent information of all your pets. Make sure you're accurate about the info (so our guide is 100% perfect.)

Pets Go Live

Hey guys, the pets update has finally reached the live realm so we can all participate in this great new feature. I'm downloading the patch right now. All the new features are listed on the update history page. So be sure to check that out.

I was asked if I was good at writing. Well, I don't think I am, but a lot of people say that I am just fantastic at it. I absolutely despise writing assignments at school, so I don't really like writing too much. But when it's something that I enjoy to talk about, like Wizard101, then it's really fun for me. (Even more fun on the computer because I'm so fast at typing, (as many of you know from experience with trying to keep up with me in game) and can keep up with my thought process, whereas when I'm writing, it's harder to do that. (I write kinda slow, well slower than I think about stuff.)

I'm planning on doing a special feature on my best friend in the whole world, Emily! So, as soon as I set up an e-mail address for Blaze (which should be sometime very soon.) I'll let all of you know, so you can ask me questions about the game (or personal questions too) like Friendly does. The first thing I'll do when I get one set up, is have an interview with Emily. (Maybe there will be two Emily Griffinrider days a year...) Also one with Alyssa (she's Emily's sister [also a follower of this blog] in case you didn't know.) she's pretty awesomesauce too.

Yes, Emily, if Dakota had any way of contacting me, (other than Facebook, which he's NEVER on.) I would set up an interview with him also.

Level 48 Pet Combinations

It's seriously killing me now that I can't join in the fun on the test realm. Check this out! I mean, how much do you want these pets! I really want to see what Hydra and Seraph will create. Will it finally be the Our Lady Judgement pet that this sorcerer has always wanted? I sure hope so. Btw, if it IS, then it will be my trademark pet. (Yes, just like Lady Dexter and ALL Friendly's other pets. [I couldn't find the video he made showing all of his pets. I:])

Let me know if you guys find any cool info about pet combos that might interest me or Friendly (I'll pass it on to him if you want me to.)

Pet Pavillion

YES! Finally KI made an announcement about the test realm. They released a video about the all-new pet update! It's going to be EPIC! The addition will include:

• The ability to set our pets free in our castles and lands.
• Get our pets excercise in the Pet Derby (looks like a racing game. ALL NEW PVP TYPE w00t! Friendly will love that!)
• Buy or craft treats to make our pets happy.
• Let them have some fun with minigames. (I don't know if they are making all new pet-exclusive mingames, or it our pets can help us in the existing games...Dueling Diego with an imp? WIN!)
• Create new pets with the "magic of hatching." (In other words, we can breed our pets. I assume there will be a "No breeding a bred pet." rule. For example, you can't breed a cylops/storm hound with an imp. But, you can breed a cyclops with a storm hound. Like the one I made (shown below.)
• Watch as our pets cast their own spells in battle.

Yeah, it's a pretty bad edit, I know. I just threw it together in a few minutes.

In order to be able to access these sweet new features after you defeat Sergeant Skullsplitter on Triron Avenue, (Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.) and hit lvl 7. The Pet Pavillion will be accessed through a tunnel in the commons. I have no idea where they can fit one though. Maybe over by the fairgrounds, near the Smith.

In other news, I got a nice surprise when I checked my e-mail today. Turns out Autumnal Dusk, that's right Friendly, the Autumnal Dusk (She runs Homework In A Graveyard. I'll put the link in the sidebar.) is following me on Twitter! w00t! I'm pretty excited! I mean, Friendly and his daughter (Is Amber her real name?, I'm not sure.) both read my blog. (I'm not sure about Kyle.), but this is my second W101 blogger that is going to be reading my blog and following me (not stalker-like though. XD)

Rat Magician

Hey guys, there's nothing really exciting to post about today. Unless you consider English projects exciting. O. o

But I doubt that.

So, today Friendly is talking about the Rat Magician pet. It kinda creeps me out.

I mean look at it:


If that doesn't scare you (even just a little) then nothing can. I mean, what kind of rat has a moustache? Well, I suppose the talking dogs in Marleybone would also be in question if everything in Wizard101 were realistic. That's what makes it so much fun! I mean, who do you know that has a unicorn in their back yard?
